Seeking Truth

I've had some remarks about some of my articles from some of you. You are all free to express your opinions to me. I do not edit them, but keep them just for record.
I had one lady with an obvious Assembly of God, end times slant tell me what the abomination of desolation is. Of course there was no room in her opinion for other thinking.

Since there are many who now teach the end times in a similar fashion to mine, I would direct those of you who are brave enough to consider that your church's doctrine may need challenged, should look up two names on the Internet and study what they say.

If you are really seeking truth:

Bill Britain and Mark Hanby.

Amusement or Entertainment

An opinion:

God's people need times of release. The good times promoted by others through music or drama, or just friendships, and good works, in church or out, we can call entertainment. I think entertainment can be a needed diversion from the seriousness of living in this day. When I watch tennis or do something I consider entertaining, I am always aware of my circumstance, and that of the world around me. I just choose to focus on something else for a short while.

Amusement is something different. To amuse is to cause to lose focus on the true. Similar words are gape, idle, absorb thoughts. If I am being amused by some one, that one is in some way in charge of my mind. Amusement carries the sense of losing ones responsibility for a time. I want nothing to do with that.

Love

We must not let the cultural wars we fight cause us to lose our Love. Love is still the greatest force in the universe. Against it there is no law.

The Religious Spirit and Fallen Leaders

We see the religious spirit at work in this day in the church’s treatment of so called “fallen leaders”. It is amazing to see people in the church being ostracized by their religious community because of divorces and/or relationships that are not sanctioned by some presbytery.

In the past I took a hard line concerning divorce and marriage. I did so because the word says, “God hates divorce”. Yet the fact is that God-Jah, wrote Israel-His people-a certificate of divorcement.

One of the great failures of the church in this day is in dealing with offenses, sin and restoration. There is not greater evidence of this than in the way we treat divorced and the divorcing. Usually the sin of the church against these people is far greater than any reason the divorce might have occurred. This is because the church of this nation is almost without fail controlled totally by a religious spirit and by Baal. I’m not just talking about the chosen frozen. I speak here of the tongue talking…Lord praising with their lips, but far away in their hearts, Laodocian mess called “Church” in the USA.

In the future I intend to write on Emmaus Teacher on this topic. Stay tuned…

Simple Truth

A simple teaching, and to be considered greatly, is that God is found wherever we repent from our ways. This is often not church as it is thought of, by most who would call themselves "Christian".

Church tends to slip into Religion. Faith in God often is not palatable to church folks. They tend to like the ways they walk in better then the "Turned around repentant life" and walk. Hope in man is shifting sand.

Hope in Christ.

Rom 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Rom 5:4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

Some church is good, some bad, some life, some death. Identify with the Christ first. It is good to simply be called: "Christian".

But so Am I

This morning I'm thinking about dealings with people. We are no doubt all blind in some areas. But our hope is "the mind of Christ". Maturity is not always the out come of trial, but I think without trials, we will never be fully mature.

First, I think of a man who watches religious TV, Religiously. He wouldn't miss Chuck Stanley. But he finds it no problem to skate all of Chuck's teaching and abuse his wife, both physically and verbally.

Secondly, I think of a friend who speaks a good confession in Christ, but constantly disobeys truth. She is quick to point out my times of wavering faith, while not seeing her own bondage.

Thirdly, I think of a friend who almost always shifts blame, on others for his lack of integrity.

These three people are all in life crises, either financially or spiritually or both. When I am around them I usually feel evil. Yet, each one confesses Christ as Lord. Faith is the key ingredient we all struggle with.

For so am I, in struggle with consistency of faith. So do I, fall short of the Glory. So do I, sin.

I am happy to have a friend called Jesus. I am happy for them as well. For He is our hope and victory over every fallen part of our life!

2Cr 2:14 Now thanks [be] unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

The Wilderness Test:

You have been in a test. When you take a course, in school there is a final exam. When you go through a wilderness there is a test that must be passed to fulfill the course and leave that place.

Recompense:

Ruth 2:12 The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.

Hbr 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance [belongeth] unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

When people rise up against righteous authority, they first must believe themselves more wise then that authority.

People who do not make themselves vulnerable to leadership will not receive deliverance.

People fear bad leadership and have set themselves up as judges of the ministry. If they take that one step further they will try to punish leaders for sins of perceived offenses.

Recompense:
1. to repay; remunerate; reward, as for service, aid, etc.
2. to pay or give compensation for; make restitution or requital for (damage, injury, or the like).

For the Lord to recompense us is for him to even accounts. He said we could not out give him. To lose a ministry a building and a paycheck in one fell swoop was an awful thing. To be betrayed by most of the people in your life is awful.

To lose seven more years of not being heard is worse.

The opportunity of ministry always contains offers of a way of compromise. The devil always wants to pervert every ministry. To be wanted is a basic need we all have. To let that desire rule us is foolish. We are not to be worshiped. We are to be honored when that honor is due.

To stand strong against temptation is a test that will determine future.

When God is ready to create something, it is always done in a void, a lack, in a dark place which is brought to the light of his creative word. -God cannot be removed from what he creates. It is His creative energy that brings things to life.

When there has been an injustice, God’s justice desires to overturn that evil.

Yet he himself withdraws is manifest presence from situations for a purpose of testing. This is not to say that he left us or forsook us. It is a perception we have that he is not communicating and manifesting in usual ways. He actually hides himself deeper in our spirits so that we must come to know those places and surrender them unto His spirit. Every promotion is proceeded by a test. The test is to draw us to a deeper revelation of Him.

We pattern what we do after a pattern that was created in heaven before. The Lord is high and lifted up, so must our worship times be patterned. Also the heavens are consistently, and tirelessly praising him. Any part of my soul that has not yielded to worship him must surrender.

-When Father was to bring forth son, there was a time of silence for four hundred years. There was a vacuum of pertinent revelation for establishing His rule in the earth. This is a type of the Father seeming to withdraw Himself outwardly from our plight for a season.
-When the children of Israel left the world’s provision; they were taken to a place of bare sufficiency for forty years.
In that wilderness, he instructed Moses how to make a Holy Place for Him to dwell.

The people judged Moses as being unfit for leadership, and enticed Arron to make them an idol.
IN that rebellion Moses was seeking God with his full being. He was on the mount being overwhelmed in Glory, but His people we committing high treason.

The vacuums that are created by God, cause a hunger in the righteous. They will seek him apart form the maddening crowds of religion.

Change is the one sure element of God’s work. If you resist change you resist Him. Change for His purpose is manditory.

When the Spirit of God hovered over the waters in the Genesis account, he was brooding over a vacuum. Something that was without form and void or empty.

When we ponder God’s ways or methods, we are creating a vacuum to be filled by his truth. God always works with a word, and then gives explanation and we act on it as instruction. The hunger for that one word is key to every deliverance.

When we come to a place where we feel empty inside it is because God or we have created a vacuum that must be filled. The Holy Spirit will bring dissatisfaction with our place or purpose to develop a greater work with in us and through us.

Do not despise the days of small beginnings.

When you feel the holy dissatisfaction, you are about ready to conceive a new holy thing.

THE THING THE CHURCH DOES BEST IS THE THING IT WOULD LEAST WANT TO DO.

It falls short of the glory, and thereby creates a hunger a vacuum for the Holy Spirit to fill. Church cannot fill a lack of God’s presence by implementing new dead works. If it is an Oxcart it is an Oxcart. Don’t matter if it is new or old.

The Lord takes people out of safe places to bring them to new vision. A safe church is not a great platform for miracles. Making New Wine is a messy process.

If you don’t have messes (conflicts) you are not moving into greater power.

Church men try to regulate everything. They try to control what God is doing and make it palatable for the masses. Only the truly Spiritual will be joyful in a Holy Ghost New Wine time. Those who have made church a religious club will fear, judge, and control.

There is a time that we have come to which is the time of recompense. Many prophets have been disdained by the ministries that they interceded for, and spoken to. The last seven years starting with 2003, have been sifting times.

We are in a time of great transition. In this time it would be wise to heed the words of Peter who said: “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.”

It is time for refreshing in the Spirit. When we repent we create a place that God can work through. To repent is to change your mind, and to leave self plans behind. Whatever has seemed impossible is now possible in this day of change. Do you believe? Do you believe for His thing?

A womb of expectancy is the thing we must have to see the days of restoration of all things. His deliverance is at hand. It is His kingdom manifest in this land. God leads us to void places to fill us.

When Jesus was in the wilderness he was tempted with spiritual, soulical, and body temptations. It is no different in this day. We will be tested in wilderness places to qualify for the power that is at hand.

Can you identify the tests in your life? Is your present wilderness, a path to deliverance into something new?

The Lord will reward us for every test we have passed in this wilderness season. It is His recompense and reward.

The Almond Tree is Budding

A budding almond tree represents a resurrection. We are coming to a resurrection hour!

Original source for the teaching in quotations:

http://www.inspiredwoods.com/bible_wood_almond.php#more

"The Almond has been common to India, Persia and Palestine for thousands of years. The Israelites must have been very familiar with the Almond and its flowers because they used them as a model for ornamenting the cups of the golden lampstands (Exodus 25:33-34) while they were in the barren desert of Sinai where no Almonds grow. To this day the rock crystals used for decorating branched candlesticks are called "almonds" by English craftsmen.

Almonds are mentioned a total of six times in the Scriptures and only in the Old Testament. The first reference is in Genesis 43 where Jacob, in an apparent attempt to gain favor with the ruler of Egypt, orders his sons to take some of the "best products of the land" including almonds.

The almond motif was part of the divine design for the lampstand in the tabernacle (Exodus 25:33-34). Moses was instructed to make the bowls of the lampstand in the shape of the almond flower.

Probably the best-known reference to Almond is Aaron's rod (Numbers 17:8). It budded, flowered and produced fruit overnight! The Almond is therefore symbolic of the resurrection because it is the first tree to flower. A sign of new life and God’s promise."

Beginning today (this evening being the beginning of a new day) for the next SEVEN DAYS pray and declare Psalms 24:7-10 and praise the name of Jesus,

Psa 24:7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Psa 24:8 Who [is] this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
Psa 24:9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift [them] up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Psa 24:10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he [is] the King of glory. Selah.

No King But Jesus

In 1 Samuel 8 the word describes the time when Samuel was told by the Lord to harken to the peoples voice to give them a king.

He said they have rejected Me/the Lord.

But Samuel warned Israel of what would happen. That the man would rule over them. He would appoint a police state to rule over them. He will take your fields and vineyards and give them to His servants.

Now we have seen this very reality in both our Government, and in the church. Evil men take what is not theirs and give it to their “boys”.

I know the Lord teaches us to humble ourselves and we will be lifted up. I found out something very interesting about men. The Lord has shown me to bow myself before men with vision who proclaim him. Now we all know that every vision is not pure. We also believe, that most visions have mixture. But if you bow before a called “Brother’s” vision, it will bring about a response.

To make this clear let me give you two examples.

The First Response:

I was a pastor and went to a church fellowship to seek out connection and help. When I participated in one of their home fellowship meetings, one of the brothers, fell at me feet and washed them. I was truly speechless as I was humbled before the Lord.

The Second Response:

A man who claimed Apostolic Authority, was with me in a service and I felt lead to bow my knee to Him for his call before God. It was not long that that man’s heart was revealed as being agenda driven, and for his own glory. Had I not bowed to him, I imagine I would have been fooled and followed him instead of following God’s true path for my life.

I have no desire to be someone’s boy. I already have a father. He is God.

Another false:

Another thing that happened to me much later was along the same lines. I was in a new fellowship for a time, and was committing to that fellowship and pastor, but in the very act of humbling myself before that ministry, its agenda was revealed and I found that control and pride was the driving force of that ministry.
That pastor told us not to take up the chairs in the worship center if we were not going to work for her.

In humbling myself I was lifted up, but not with the proud. For pride goes before the fall.

We really have no king but Jesus in this Kingdom thing!

Temptation

RESISTING TEMPTATION

"SO LONG as we live in this world we cannot escape suffering and temptation. Whence it is written in Job: "The life of man upon earth is a warfare."[3] Everyone, therefore, must guard against temptation and must watch in prayer lest the devil, who never sleeps but goes about seeking whom he may devour, find occasion to deceive him. No one is so perfect or so holy but he is sometimes tempted; man cannot be altogether free from temptation."

Thomas Akempis, from: "An Imitation of Life" in Chapter 13

Separation

I have seen the separating of the wheat and the chaff in these past seven years. Most people I know who have gone through the Lord's chastening in this time have sadly forsaken former levels of faith, and have been taken by the hopelessness that is pervasive in this hour.

For sure there is much to be concerned about. For the most part our government has sold us out, in the wall street bail outs. The Federal Reserve Bank is the most evil institution in the world. Our government will answer before God, for its oppression of the citizen.

In these years, I have seen many who were in my life... go. Most through outright betrayal, and the separation brought forth in that. When people call you their "brother", they have an obligation to go through the trial with you.

The wheat and the chaff have been separated. Those who do not love you enough to be your friend in trial do not love you at all. Yet you may call them friend for they are being used to propel you into your destiny.

Because Christ lives in we who are filled with His Spirit, we shall suffer the same rejection that he suffered. Yet he called Judas, "Friend", in his very act of betrayal.

Those who spoke evil of you and separated from you in the past years, cannot walk with you unless they agree with you. (Amos 3:3) Don't look back. We are in a new season. If some come back, and no doubt the true will, it must not be with demands. They must repent unto the Kingdom. The Kingdom message is this: Repent for the Kingdom of God (His righteousness, peace, and Joy, in His Spirit) are at hand.

So long as you are humbled before Jah, you can expect and proclaim a true restoration of the miracles of God in this hour. The one miracle I have seen in my life is the miracle of casting out of Demons. I have seen a few Physical healings in my ministry. We expect this year to be a year of more miracles then we have ever seen.

If your friend, brothers, and loved ones, cannot go into the miracles with you. Go without them. Jesus is the miracle worker. It is done.

So be it!

From Ps 19: Lesson 2 The TESTIMONY of the Lord is sure:

The Testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;

The Testimony of the Lord is His Truth.

When the Lord gives testimony to something, it is His truth that He speaks. The Scripture is full of the Truth God shares with His people. When our Lord says something, it is important for all men to listen and obey. For His word shall not fail.

To base our lives on any other word than the Lord’s is to find ourselves on shifting sand. All Philosophies, or Psychological theories that do not rest on the truth of the bible, are lies.

Wait on the Lord:

This is a message for my ministry sons.

In the days of the new Church one man was so holy as to cause a conviction that brought about his stoning.

His name was Stephen. Stephen was stone because his words were so true, that they who were embraced the prevalent lies of that day, could not bear to let him live. Stephens’s words were the very oracles of God.

Today, as in the days of the first church, a man’s total dedication to the Lord will lead him to be shunned by the status-quo church and the world. Truth is dividing factor in men’s relationships. To love truth may even get you killed.

If you’ve never been the one shunned for being a bearer of the torch of truth, you will probably not understand the things I speak of. The political and religious climate of Stephen’s day was one, which was oppressive to anyone who did not get on board with the way things were being done by their leadership. This oppression was either by the dictates of Romans, or by the Jewish leadership.

Today the same forces oppress the true believer. The whorish church entangled in relativism and psychological seduction, hates they who stand for the pristine clarity and absolutes of the bible. Today’s government and financial system, hates they who stand against its lies.

Solomon wrote mighty words. He knew the whole duty of man was to Fear God and keep His commandments. Men in leadership often want praise and worship for their actions. In this day, if you fear God, you cannot support nor condone the evil dictates of church or government.

Our government, both church and political is full of men who have been advanced beyond their ability to lead. In deed, it is my presupposition that no man governs well without a clear understanding of God’s word. What it took Solomon a whole life to understand was, man can only be a success, by being obedient to God.

Men, who have success without first having the victory of good character, are the worst kind of leadership a people can endure. Our present day immaturity in leadership has caused the crises we face as Christian people and as a nation. Everything our young president has done has caused more trouble for this nation.
The problem is that before we elected this rebel with a cause to the White House, we threw away the skillful teacher from our churches.

In Isa. 3 the Lord’s present judgment on the church and modern man is outlined clearly. He takes away the skillful, and gives boys in their stead to lead.

More then ever in time we need men who are true elders in leadership. The qualifications I see lacking in our present church are spelled out as requirements for holding a priestly leadership role in the Older covenant:

Exd 18:21 Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place [such] over them, [to be] rulers of thousands, [and] rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

To change our nation we need new leadership. We need true elders. This must happen in the church before it ever happens in the world. But the church’s attitude toward this scripture is mostly to deny it and the young almost without exception see no need to minister a week in their father’s robe before they take up their own mantle.

This father’s heart has long been toward the youth called to leadership. But they have seldom listened to my message, which is simply: “Repent unto the kingdom”.

Stephen was a young man. But the scripture gives testimony of his life and purity. Surely no man would despise him for his youth, for he was honorable. To be ready to receive honor in the kingdom is not something that you get because you said a sinner’s prayer. Honor is to be given to them who it is due.
The point of this is that Stephen was honored of God, because he was righteous, and yielded to God and to those whom watched over his soul. Stephen was not working to take something from someone he did not deserve. He was rather consumed in doing his Lord’s will.

Act 6:5 And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:
Act 6:8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.

It was a man who was devoted who carried Stephen to his burial. Great lamentation was offered, for they knew they had lost much in Stephen’s death.

Act 8:2 And devout men carried Stephen [to his burial], and made great lamentation over him.
Act 11:19 Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only.

At that time the climate against the work of the young church grew so great, that the believers were scattered. So the truth was advanced by the scattering of those who believed.

And yet the greatest accomplishment of Stephen’s life may have been that Paul saw a man who had faith in God. Stephen’s truth, converted Paul.

Act 22:20 And when the blood of thy martyr Stephen was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting unto his death, and kept the raiment of them that slew him.

Every young man and woman must see that Stephen’s lack of a high position did not keep him from God’s best.

For the Lord himself stood in honor of this man’s life and death. Selah

Young believer, God has a time for you. Do not push yourself ahead, but wait on the Lord, and see that in every situation, you strength shall be renewed.

Psa 25:3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see [it].
Pro 20:22 Say not thou, I will recompense evil; [but] wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee.

Thank you Lord for you are Worthy of all Praise!

Isa 25:1 O LORD, thou [art] my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful [things; thy] counsels of old [are] faithfulness [and] truth.
Isa 25:2 For thou hast made of a city an heap; [of] a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.

Our praise is the atmosphere in which the Lord brings our deliverance from the powers of defenced cities.

Thank you Lord for you are worthy of all praise!
